What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a focused therapeutic technique that applies pressure to specific points on the feet (and sometimes the hands or ears) that map to systems and organs throughout the body. It is a complement to medical care — not a replacement — and many patients find it deeply relaxing and stress-relieving.
Will reflexology be covered by my YHWH primary care visit?
No. Reflexology is offered as a separate wellness service with its own pricing. However, your YHWH provider can help you decide whether reflexology is a good complement to your overall care plan.
